Suwannee Valley 4Cs provides free early childhood services to approximately 430
low-income families with children from birth to age 5, pregnant women and
over-income families who have a child with a diagnosed disability. The agency, a
private, non-profit corporation established in 1985, is the Head Start / Early
Head Start grantee for Columbia,
Hamilton, Lafayette and Suwannee counties in
Northern Florida.
The Suwannee
Valley 4Cs Head Start / Early Head Start program provides free educational, developmental and family
support services to families with children from birth to age 5, and
pregnant women who are 100% below the poverty level and over-income families who
have a child with a diagnosed disability.
Suwannee Valley 4Cs is the recipient
of the
Gold
Certificate of Excellence from the federal
Administration of Children and Families,
Department of Health and Human Services.
