Suwannee Valley 4Cs networks with local dental providers to assist in increasing dental care for our enrolled children and prenatal moms and to provide developmentally appropriate oral health education to our enrolled children, their families, our staff and the community.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's oral health, please feel free to call Suwannee Valley 4Cs Dental Hotline at 754.2230 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and speak with our Oral Health Specialist.

Grants

Suwannee Valley 4Cs is the recipient of the Harris Fund Grant and the Oral Health Initiative grant.
The Harris Fund provides grants up to $5,000 to organizations that serve children through preventative oral health education and treatment. Grants are for supplies and materials, and the program is offered annually. 
The Head Start Oral Health Initiative funds efforts to develop, implement, and disseminate culturally sensitive, innovative and empirically based best practice models that target young children, birth to five years, and pregnant women.  A link is provided below on the results of the Community Provider Survey and Participant Survey, the Pregnant Women Oral Health Risk Assessment, packets for children / parents, and the written initiative.
